Code Copper is a product engineering studio. Every building in the skyline above stands for something we put into production — a platform, a storefront, a copilot, a control plane — and every line between them is a system that had to keep talking to another system.

How we work
Eight stages, each with a named output. You always know what exists at the end of the week and what it unlocks next.
01 — Week 1
We map the business outcome before the feature list — stakeholders, constraints, existing systems and the metric that decides whether this project worked.
02 — Week 1–2
User interviews, competitive teardown and a technical spike on anything genuinely unknown. We de-risk the scary part first, not last.
03 — Week 2–4
Flows, wireframes and a high-fidelity prototype backed by design tokens. You click through the real thing before a single production component exists.
04 — Week 3–4
Data model, service boundaries, rendering strategy and deployment topology — written up as decision records so the reasoning survives the handover.
05 — Week 4–12
Two-week increments against a live preview environment. Every pull request ships behind review, type checks and an automated accessibility pass.
06 — Continuous
Unit, integration and end-to-end coverage on the paths that carry revenue, plus load tests and a manual screen-reader run before every release.
07 — Launch week
Blue-green rollout, feature flags, rollback triggers agreed in advance, and dashboards live before traffic arrives — not after the first incident.
08 — Ongoing
A named engineer on retainer, quarterly performance and security audits, and a roadmap review so the product keeps compounding after launch.

Helio Energy · 2025
Operators were reconciling telemetry across four legacy dashboards, and a fault could take nineteen minutes to surface. Every minute of delay cost measurable generation revenue.
Replaced polling with an event-driven ingest pipeline on Kafka, collapsing four dashboards into one control plane.
Modelled asset hierarchy in PostgreSQL with time-partitioned telemetry and continuous aggregates.
Built a WebGL site map that renders 40k live nodes at 60fps using instanced geometry.
Shipped an incident timeline that replays any fault window frame by frame.

Rebuilt the flow as a resumable, server-rendered wizard with per-step persistence.
Automated KYB checks through a rules engine with a full audit trail for regulators.
Introduced a reviewer console with queue prioritisation and SLA visibility.
Instrumented every step so the compliance team could see drop-off in real time.
Account opening now completes in fifty-two minutes on average, and abandonment fell by 61% within two quarters.

Contract analysts spent roughly six hours a week locating clauses across 180,000 scanned documents, and confidence in generic AI search was low after a failed pilot.
Built an OCR and chunking pipeline tuned for scanned freight paperwork.
Combined hybrid retrieval with reranking, then grounded every answer in a citation.
Shipped an eval harness of 400 analyst-written questions gating each deploy.
Capped per-query cost and latency with a routing layer across model tiers.
Analysts recovered roughly five hours each week, and answer accuracy holds at 94% against the eval suite release over release.
