The challenge
Field clinicians worked in areas with intermittent connectivity, and the existing app lost data on every dropped session.
What we did
Rebuilt on a local-first sync engine with conflict resolution the clinician can see.
Reduced cold start to 1.1s by trimming the bundle and deferring non-critical modules.
Encrypted the on-device store and scoped every record to an explicit consent grant.
Automated store releases with staged rollouts and crash-rate gates.
The outcome
Data loss incidents fell to zero across eighteen months, and clinicians complete visits 24% faster.
